I want it to be so relaxed that we have our track pants on so we can breathe out - not in a new age way - but in a relaxed way that feels true. When we leave, we feel relieved, and at ease, we feel our frequency has lifted, we feel grateful for being in a room of leaders who truly care about their own inner wellbeing and others.
