Trust-Based NOW Leadership – 1:1 Mentoring Program
A 10 weeks Journey of Presence, Authenticity, and Self-Trust
Program Overview
The Trust-Based NOW Leadership Mentoring Program is a deeply personal, one-to-one journey designed for leaders who want to reconnect with themselves, lead authentically, and find clarity in uncertain times.
Over the course of 10 sessions, you will work directly with me, to explore your leadership not as a set of skills, but as a way of being. This mentoring experience is rooted in:
- Phenomenology – pausing to notice your lived experience with presence and honesty.
- Ontology – exploring the question of who you are being as a leader.
Through reflective dialogue, guided practices, and weekly integration, you will discover new ways of leading with courage, trust, and authenticity.

Program Journey
The Trust-Based NOW Leadership Mentoring Program unfolds over three parts, each focusing on a different dimension of your leadership being. This journey is not about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about returning to the ground of who you already are and discovering new ways to lead with trust, presence, and authenticity.
Part 1 – Grounding in Being
In the first part, we begin with your foundation. You will learn to pause and meet yourself honestly, building courage to be fully present with who you are. From there, we turn to how you show up with others; exploring authenticity, masks, and the relational field of leadership. This part closes with an integration session that helps you see the connections between how you are with yourself and how you are with others.
- Being with Self – The Ground of Presence.
- Being with Others – The Relational Field of Leadership.
- Integration: Self and Others.
Part 2 – Flow and Change
The second part invites you to explore leadership as an unfolding process. We look at flow, the moments when time seems to disappear and leadership feels natural and contrast this with the pressure of always “keeping up.” We then move into change, exploring resistance, letting go, and the courage to evolve. Integration here focuses on what is emerging in you as you begin to lead more fluidly and openly through change.
- Being in the Moment – The Flow of Leadership.
- Being with Change – The Evolution of Leadership.
- Integration: Flow and Change.
Part 3 – Meaning and Embodiment
In the final part, we turn toward meaning and embodiment. Here, you uncover the deeper “why” that grounds you as a leader and reconnect with what brings you purpose. From there, we explore what it means to embody the five pillars of Trust-Based NOW Leadership, weaving them into your daily life. The journey concludes with a closing circle, where you reflect on how your being as a leader has shifted and commit to carrying your practice forward.
- Being in Meaning – The Purpose of Leadership.
- Embodying Trust-Based NOW Leadership.
- Integration and Closing Circle.
Each part builds on the last, guiding you from self-awareness to flow, from change to meaning, and finally into the embodiment of trust-based, authentic leadership.
Outcomes
By the end of the program, you will:

About the Mentor
I live and breathe the practice of Trust-Based NOW Leadership. For me, this is not simply a framework I teach to others. It is the way I meet my own life and leadership each day. It is a practice of presence, authenticity, and self-trust, continually unfolding as I evolve.
My deepest passion lies in exploring phenomenology (our lived experience), ontology (the truth of being), and kenosis (the practice of letting go). These are not abstract concepts for me, they are companions in my daily journey. They guide how I pause, reflect, release what no longer serves, and open to what is emerging. Through them, I have learned that leadership is not about control or striving, but about making space for truth, creativity, and meaning to arise.
This ongoing exploration has shaped my own life and leadership. I continue to meet myself in the quiet moments, noticing my fears, doubts, and hopes, and choosing again and again to return to trust. It is through this lived commitment that I walk alongside other leaders.
In my work, I don’t offer quick solutions or surface-level techniques. Instead, I invite leaders into the same depth I live: to slow down, to meet themselves honestly, to let go where needed, and to rediscover the freedom of leading from their true ground of being.
Trust-Based NOW Leadership is not a finished destination. It is a living practice. I continue to grow in it, and it is this ever-unfolding journey that I share with those I mentor.
