Your Mentor and Creator





As the creator and lead facilitator of the Trust-Based NOW Leadership Foundation Program, I bring a deep, embodied understanding of leadership trust, authentic and presence. With over 25 years of experience working with leaders, I have helped individuals navigate uncertainty, foster authentic relationships, and balance resilience with vulnerability.

I hold a PhD in Leaders and Mindfulness, bringing a research-based, experiential approach to leadership development. My background as an NLP Coach, Results Coach, and university educator in Design Thinking and Creativity allows me to blend academic depth, leadership psychology, and real-world application into a meaningful learning experience.

I am not just delivering content, I live and breathe the principles of Trust-Based NOW Leadership. My facilitation style is calm, reflective, kind, and authentic, creating a space where leaders feel safe to explore, grow, and step into deeper leadership presence. I have a unique ability to guide transformative conversations, helping participants integrate insights into their leadership practice in real time.

Leaders don’t just need more information, they need a trusted guide who understands their journey. I am that guide, and I am committed to supporting each participant as they step into their fullest leadership potential.
