Stress is part of leadership but it doesn’t have to own you. Many leaders live with constant pressure, carrying the invisible weight of responsibility, deadlines, and complex relationships. Over time, this can erode clarity, creativity, and wellbeing. Traditional approaches to stress management often focus on coping strategies that are useful, but incomplete. What’s missing is presence.
This course offers a new way forward: a shift from pressure to presence through the framework of Trust-Based NOW Leadership. Grounded in phenomenology, ontology, and kenosis, it helps leaders move beyond survival mode into a more grounded, authentic way of leading.
Through five modules of teaching, reflection, and simple but powerful practices, you’ll discover how to:
- Recognize stress patterns before they become burnout.
- See why coping strategies are not enough and what truly transforms stress.
- Explore the hidden psychosocial risks leaders face and how to reduce them.
- Practice activities like the 10-Second Pause and the Presence Reset Plan.
- Learn the Five Pillars of Trust-Based NOW Leadership:
- Being with Self – the Ground of Presence
- Being with Others – the Relational Field of Leadership
- Being in the Moment – the Flow of Leadership
- Being with Change – the Evolution of Leadership
- Being in Meaning – the Purpose of Leadership
